We almost became stuck as we headed out onto a sandy flat where we had parked last year with no problem. Tal kept the accelerator floored and by a stroke of luck all 18 wheels kept rolling. When we jumped out to take a look, we could see where the trailer had attempted to dig in. Continue reading

After more than a year of using all our funds to have things squared away on the truck and trailer, we finally had enough money to do some renovations. A long awaited closet shelf over the water tanks was at the top of my list. Tal wanted to add baseboards to the unfinished walls in the bedroom, bathroom and hallway. He put in a good amount of time working on the plumbing. He hooked up an Ultra Violet Sterilight to our water system. It is a purification system used to purify water and is a necessity when we fill our tanks from any source other than city water. Continue reading
